1. Orders & payments

All prices are in PKR. Prepaid orders must be paid in full. We may cancel an order because of a stock or pricing error, and any payment will be refunded.

2. Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Shades may look slightly different on different screens.

3. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2-5 working days. See our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days. See our Refund Policy.

5. Communication

We communicate with customers mainly through Instagram DMs and email.

6. Privacy

Your use of our store is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these terms
