Returns

You can return unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To start, DM us on Instagram with your order details.

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned.

Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we inspect the returned item.

If your order arrives wrong or damaged, send us a photo within 2 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was wrong or damaged.
